Strategic Portfolio Planning Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, capital planning, facilities management, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience evaluating capital investments and business cases.
• Knowledge of facility lifecycle planning and asset management principles.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Success Measures
• Quality and accuracy of multi-year forecasts.
• Effectiveness of facility investment prioritization.
• Executive adoption of recommendations.
• Improved long-term portfolio performance and capital allocation.
