Job Summary
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager to lead commercial, institutional, and market-facing initiatives.
The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and supporting the group’s capital and investment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build partnerships across financial services, investment platforms, institutions, and strategic counterparties
- Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial and strategic opportunities
- Support market expansion and ecosystem growth initiatives
- Build relationships with financial institutions, advisors, and market participants
- Represent the group in meetings, networking, and strategic discussions
- Work closely with Investments, Treasury/Capital Markets, and senior leadership to align commercial initiatives with strategic priorities
& Qualifications
- 5–10 years’ experience in financial services, strategic partnerships, institutional business development, or capital markets
- Strong network within financial or institutional ecosystems preferred
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and execution-focused
- Nationality : British, Europe, Canada, France, German, UK
