About This Role

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our Payment Service Providers (PSP) partnerships. This individual will be responsible for managing our Payment Service Providers (PSPs). The Manager will be instrumental in driving growth and revenue by building strong relationships with existing and potential PSPs and ensuring the highest level of partner satisfaction.

The manager will be responsible to generate annual revenues (shadow) as per the targets assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential PSPs in the market, evaluate value proposition, engage into partnership discussion and collaborate.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential PSP partners to increase merchant acquisition and revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of Payment Service Providers, ensuring they are meeting performance targets as per the Annual Target assigned by the management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales support unit, Integration team, Operations, and Customer support, to ensure faster merchant onboarding, integration, and merchant satisfaction.
  • Create and deliver presentations to internal sales team as well as to prospective merchants, showcasing the benefits of payment gateway solution provided by partners.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of PSPs and implement changes as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Report PSPs performance on a monthly and quarterly basis and highlight any potential impacts.
  • Evaluate and calculate monthly pay-outs to PSPs along with NI Acquiring Finance team.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices are being followed.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with PSPs.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Business Administration, Marketing and Strategy.
  • 5+ years of experience in payment services, merchant acquiring business, with in-depth knowledge of various payment gateway solutions and solutions selling.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, merchant acquisition and partner/vendor management
  • Knowledge of the payments industry and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
