We are currently seeking experienced professionals for a  Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager  role within a growing business and professional services environment.

This role is suited for a commercially driven professional who understands how to build strategic relationships, develop high-value partnerships, and support market growth through strong external engagement.

Candidates with experience in  business services, professional services, consulting, or other client-led environments  will be viewed favorably.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a  Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager  based in  Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The role will focus on building and managing strategic relationships, identifying partnership opportunities, and supporting broader commercial growth through ecosystem development and market engagement.

The role combines partnership development, commercial coordination, relationship management, and strong local market engagement. In addition, the Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager will work closely with internal and cross-functional teams to support growth priorities and long-term business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliance opportunities in Saudi Arabia
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key external stakeholders
• Support business growth through partnership-led commercial initiatives
• Contribute to market development efforts and help strengthen local business presence
• Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with business priorities
• Represent the business professionally in meetings, discussions, and networking engagements
• Support the development of commercial opportunities through relationship-building and market outreach
• Maintain strong visibility across relevant business networks and partnership ecosystems
• Contribute to overall business momentum and growth objectives in Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience , including at least  3–5 years in partnerships, alliances, business development, commercial management, or a market-facing role within Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and business environment
• Experience in business services, professional services, consulting, or similar sectors
• Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships
• Strong business development and external engagement capabilities
• Confidence in handling senior-level stakeholder discussions and partnership conversations
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work across both strategic and day to day commercial priorities
• Arabic and English language skills are highly preferred
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Riyadh
