Role Description
Lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive business growth, organizational efficiency, and long-term performance improvement.
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring effective implementation across departments and business functions.
Analyze business performance, operational processes, market trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage strategic projects, operational transformation initiatives, and business improvement programs.
Monitor organizational performance, establish governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure resources are effectively allocated to achieve business goals.
Drive continuous improvement efforts and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional organizational and decision-making skills. Advanced knowledge of business operations, strategic planning, performance management, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence methodologies. Proficiency in business intelligence tools, reporting platforms, data analysis techniques, and project management systems. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence decision-making at all organizational levels. Strong project and change management capabilities with experience leading transformation initiatives, operational improvement programs, and strategic business projects. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, risk management, corporate governance, financial analysis, and business performance measurement frameworks is highly advantageous. Experience supporting executive leadership and driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
