About iGakko:
iGakko is a remedial learning venture focused on the fast-growing Special Educational Needs (SEN) sector.
With rising cases of ADHD, dyslexia, cognitive delays, and neurodiverse learning challenges, demand for adaptive and intervention-based education is growing rapidly.
The SEN and remedial learning market is projected for strong growth through 2030.
Our flagship program, Skill-Drill™, is a proprietary 42-week intervention model for Grades 5–10, designed to strengthen Math, English, and Science through structured cognitive learning. iGakko is built to scale across the GCC.
The Opportunity
We are seeking 4 strategic founding partners/investors in the UAE to launch and scale iGakko across the GCC.
Investment per Partner: AED 25,000
- Funds will be used for:
- UAE/GCC business setup
- School and therapy partnerships
- Pilot launches and customer acquisition
- Curriculum deployment and localization
- Brand and market expansion
Equity Structure
A new UAE entity will be incorporated for GCC operations & as Cost Center.
Ownership will be split equally among 5 founding stakeholders:
• Founder Equity: 20%
- 4 Investors Equity: 20% each
