Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics

• Learn products, vendor-to-customer movement, and sales support.
• Work in the yard and warehouse packing orders, serving customers, receiving and putting away inventory, and performing general maintenance.

Phase 2 - Operations

• Participate in customer service, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, customer visits, and monitoring lien and bond rights.
• Review expenses and work with contracts, pricing structures, financial statements, and social media postings.

Phase 3

• Apply training with a high-performing team to improve business processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• College or university degree; business or accounting is preferred.
• Positive, results-oriented mindset; desire to learn and grow; strong work ethic and integrity.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team and build strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
