Strata External Claims Adjuster

What You Will Do

• Manage property and strata claims from assessment through to resolution
• Conduct site inspections and assess the cause and extent of damage
• Coordinate trades, technical specialists and service providers
• Communicate with owners, strata managers, insurers and contractors
• Prepare clear reports and accurate claim documentation
• Manage competing priorities and progress claims in a timely manner
• Deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes
• What You Will Bring
• You will be curious, solution-focused and confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders. You may currently work in loss adjusting, insurance claims or broking as a property Claims Handler. You will bring:
• Experience in property and/or strata claims management, construction or insurance environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A customer-focused approach and commitment to positive outcomes
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• A current driver's licence
• Motivation to learn and grow within the loss adjusting profession
• Loss adjusting or claims management experience, trade or building qualifications, or strata industry experience are desirable
