Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper with a valid UAE Driving License to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, timely material issuance, and support logistics activities including deliveries and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel or ERP systems
- Issue materials as per approved requests and track stock movement
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials
- Organize and maintain the store/warehouse in a clean and systematic manner
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks
- Coordinate with procurement, site teams, and suppliers
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery notes, and material reports
- Assist in loading/unloading of materials and ensure proper storage
- Drive company vehicle for material delivery, collection, or site support when required
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Degree is an advantage)
- 2–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper or Warehouse Assistant in UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle) – Mandatory
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP / MS Excel
- Experience in construction, aluminum, MEP, or logistics is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle physical work and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with documentation such as LPO, GRN, Delivery Notes
Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)
- Forklift operation experience (license is a plus)
- Knowledge of material handling and storage standards
- Experience in industrial areas like Al Quoz / DIP / Jebel Ali
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
