Inventory and store management
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and tools against purchase orders (LPOs) and delivery notes.
- Issue materials and equipment to site staff against approved request forms.
- Maintain clean, organized storage and accurate daily inventory records in MS Excel or software.
- Monitor stock levels and alert procurement when reorder limits are reached.
Timekeeping and attendance
- Record daily attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave for site labor and staff.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly timesheets for HR and payroll processing.
- Track and update labor allocation across different sites or projects.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
