Key Responsibilities

• Managing medical supplies, equipment, and consumables inventory.
• Receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Tracking inventory levels and maintaining accurate records using inventory management software.
• Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely supply availability for home visits.
• Managing PPE, medications, medical devices, and assistive equipment.
• Processing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.
• Conducting regular inventory audits and stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
• Ensuring proper storage and handling of sensitive medical items in accordance with guidelines.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Supporting compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
• Handling returns and managing expired/damaged product disposal appropriately.
• Operating and updating inventory management software and systems daily.

Requirements

• Must be
• Saudi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• **Minimum 2+ years**
• of experience in inventory or storekeeping operations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare inventory management processes and medical supplies handling.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, storage standards, and compliance requirements is preferred.
