Storekeeper (M&TE Coordinator)

About This Role

Position Overview

The Storekeeper (M&TE Coordinator) is responsible for managing all Measuring & Test Equipment (M&TE) within the facility. This role ensures calibration, preventive maintenance, and compliance with industry standards, guaranteeing audit readiness and equipment availability to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and records of all M&TE.
• Coordinate calibration schedules and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ADNOC, TUV, and other relevant audit standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and availability to support production and safety requirements.
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal/external audits.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and inspection agencies for calibration and certification.
• Implement and enforce procedures for equipment handling, storage, and traceability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in equipment management and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in equipment calibration, maintenance, or compliance (preferably in Oil & Gas/Manufacturing/Refineries).
• Strong knowledge of audit standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and documentation practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure audit readiness at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
