Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day warehouse and store operations.
- Receive, store, issue, and track materials, tools, equipment, and other inventory items.
- Handle the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inspect received materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and other relevant documents.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, incorrect, or excess items upon receipt.
- Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, returns, and stock movements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
- Store materials systematically using appropriate storage methods and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse or store environment.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Projects, and other departments regarding material requirements and availability.
- Ensure proper control and accountability of company materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow company procedures and applicable health and safety requirements while carrying out warehouse activities.
Compensation
- The pay range is AED 1,623.30 to AED 4,601.56 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
