Storekeeper

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and automotive parts accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated in the system.
• Organize materials and products systematically within the warehouse or storage areas for easy accessibility.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely availability of items.
• Conduct routine stock checks and assist with inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare and process documentation related to receiving, issuing, and transferring inventory items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, workshop teams, and internal departments regarding stock requirements and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store and warehouse areas.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor and management team with additional operational duties as assigned.

Role Purpose

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar storekeeping or warehouse role.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Computer literate with knowledge of inventory and reporting systems.
• Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with telephone handling and computer operations.
