The employer seeks a detail-oriented Senior Store Keeper / Inventory Specialist to manage warehouse operations and inventory integrity.
The role includes leading junior staff and improving inventory accuracy and storage efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of goods; conduct cycle counts and physical audits.
- Maintain incoming and outgoing shipment records using an ERP system.
- Design and implement shelving and labeling systems to optimize warehouse space.
- Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and manage the Return to Vendor process.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and keep the warehouse clean and hazard-free.
- Report weekly on stock levels, dead stock, and replenishment needs to procurement.
Required qualifications and skills
- Minimum 3–5 years in a warehouse or storekeeping role; an industry preference was left as an unfilled template.
- High proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Ability to navigate a warehouse, climb ladders, and lift items regularly.
- Analytical thinking, a safety-first mindset, and ability to work under pressure during peak shipping seasons.
Preferred qualification
- A valid forklift operator license is highly preferred.
