  • First 90 days. You know our stacks, our funnels and our numbers. You have audited the storefronts across brands, established a clean baseline for conversion, attach and performance, and shipped a first set of quick wins.
  • First six months. A prioritized storefront roadmap is agreed with brand and engineering leads, a regular testing cadence is running, and reporting is in place that everyone trusts and uses.
  • First twelve months. Measurable improvement against your conversion, attach and performance targets, a shared experience standard applied across brands, and a healthy backlog of tested, evidenced ideas ready for the following year.
