Seeking an energetic, hands-on Store Supervisor to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Store locations
- The posting lists Jeddah – Westfield and Riyadh – Riyadh Park as store locations.
- The role requires active presence on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the store team in daily operations.
- Drive sales and improve overall store performance.
- Own store KPIs, including sales, conversion, average transaction value, and overall performance.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Be actively present on the shop floor and lead by example.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage stock, daily operations, and store standards.
- Ensure the team maintains strong product knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset.
