Overview
1.Customer Service: Provide professional and high-quality services to customers, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
Maintain good customer relationships and address after-sales inquiries.
2.Sales Achievement: Receive customers on a daily basis as required by the company and meet personal sales targets.
3.Operational Execution: Carry out daily store operations such as product display, stock replenishment, cleaning, cashier duties, inventory checking, and shift work in accordance with company requirements and operation standards.
4.Merchandise Management: Conduct tasks related to incoming goods inspection, product display, product quality management, and service quality management.
1.College degree or above, with 1 - 3 years or more working experience in the digital products industr
y.2.Have a passion for the consumer electronics industry and be able to quickly understand new products and their function
s.3.Love sales and service work, possess proactive sales awareness and service skills.
Be down - to - earth in work, have strong learning ability, and demonstrate a good team - spiri
