Role Description
The Store Manager role at Al Seeb Trading is a full-time, on-site position based in Musaffah.
The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving and dispatch, and accurate documentation of all materials.
This role manages staff schedules, assigns tasks, and supports team members to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
The Store Manager monitors and improves customer service performance, ensures timely order fulfillment, and coordinates closely with sales and logistics teams.
Additional responsibilities include implementing loss prevention measures, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and preparing regular reports on stock levels, store performance, and operational issues.
Qualifications
- Strong store management skills, including inventory control, staff supervision, and daily operations oversight.
- Customer-focused approach with skills in customer satisfaction and customer service.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and ability to implement control measures.
- Previous experience in wholesale, trading, or industrial supply (construction, marine, oil and gas, or medical consumables) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Musaffah and manage a fast-paced, multi-category store environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory or ERP systems.
