About This Role
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar leadership role in F&B or hospitality
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and restaurant operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive results
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for quality and service
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN POS & ERP SYSTEM
MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO QATAR
