• Ability to maintain customer service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and manage schedules according to business needs; control labour costs and Food & Paper expenses.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, and product quality.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain operational standards and deliver excellent guest experiences.
