• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or retail leader • A positive, resilient leader who can inspire and motivate others • Strong organisational skills with an efficient, hands-on approach • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and operational standards • Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results • A confident communicator who can engage, coach and develop teams • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
