Requirements

• Arab nationality.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing ladies fashion or apparel retail stores in Qatar or GCC countries.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and merchandising.
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the store.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team.

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
