The Store Manager is accountable for commercial objectives, high-performing teams, and boutique operational excellence.
Commercial performance and business growth
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and profitability objectives.
- Develop action plans, monitor sales and client acquisition metrics, identify market opportunities, and implement strategies to grow the business.
- Analyze performance reports and implement corrective actions to achieve commercial KPIs.
Client experience and development
- Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Lead clienteling initiatives, oversee CRM utilization and accurate client database management, and develop acquisition and retention strategies.
- Support boutique events, private appointments, and customer engagement activities while promoting luxury service excellence.
Team leadership and operations
- Lead, coach, and develop team members; set objectives, monitor performance, and conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, succession planning, and talent development.
- Manage daily boutique operations, procedures, internal controls, and opening and closing routines.
- Maintain boutique presentation, visual merchandising, housekeeping, inventory accuracy, stock management, and operational readiness.
Compliance, reporting, and planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, security procedures, and audit requirements; safeguard company assets and confidential information.
- Prepare and review boutique performance reports, analyze sales trends and customer insights, and provide regular business updates.
- Develop action plans and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and approve operational decisions within delegated authority; escalate pricing, discount, and exceptional business decisions according to policy.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or premium retail environments.
- At least two years in a leadership position, with strong commercial and people management experience.
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and retail reporting tools.

- Commercial competencies include sales management, business development, clienteling, and luxury retail excellence.
- Operational competencies include retail operations, inventory management, compliance and controls, and performance analysis.
Performance measures and working relationships
Performance measures include sales achievement and growth, conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, client acquisition and retention, CRM data completeness, team performance, employee retention, training, inventory accuracy, audit compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Internal relationships include the Brand Manager, retail team, Operations Specialist, Vault Coordinator, HR, and Finance; external relationships include clients, VIP customers, mall management, and brand representatives.
