Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations efficiently.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Prepare and submit operational reports.
- Control operational costs and expenses.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing F&B stores, restaurants, or cafés.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Proficiency in POS and operational systems.
