Lead a team of associates to drive profitable sales at a Dollar Tree Canada store.
Report to the District Manager and oversee the store's operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee merchandising and front-end operations.
- Manage recruitment and development of associates.
- Oversee scheduling and inventory management.
- Create an environment where employees feel valued and contribute to store success.
Qualifications
- Complete secondary school.
- Have at least 3 years of leadership experience; retail experience is preferred.
- Demonstrate communication, time management, and productivity management skills.
- Be a friendly and helpful team player with a safety-focused mindset.
- Be able to lift, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
- Full-time position with salary and bonus, starting from $45,000 annually.
Workplace
- Store position at 2291 Kipling Avenue, Etobicoke, Ontario.
