This is a part-time, remote role for a Store Manager at STE - Brasil.
The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations in a virtual or distributed retail environment, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities include managing inventory and product listings, monitoring sales performance, and implementing store policies and procedures that support customer satisfaction and company standards.
The role involves coordinating with customer service teams, addressing escalated customer issues, and ensuring clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The Store Manager will also analyze store metrics, support loss prevention strategies, and recommend improvements to optimize service quality and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive experience for all customers.
- Proven Store Management capabilities, including organizing daily operations, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting a remote or hybrid team.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with cross-functional teams and handle customer escalations professionally.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to help safeguard inventory, monitor discrepancies, and support compliance with company policies.
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or service-oriented environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time, remote setting.
- Comfort with digital tools, point-of-sale systems, and basic reporting or analytics platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
