Overview
- نبحث عن مدير معرض ذو خبرة يكون مسؤولًا عن إدارة المعرض بشكل كامل، بالإضافة إلى الإشراف على عمليات المشتريات لضمان توفر المنتجات وتحقيق أفضل هوامش ربح.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة وتشغيل المعرض يوميًا بكفاءة عالية
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ورفع أداء الفريق
- الإشراف على فريق العمل (تنظيم الجداول، التدريب، التقييم)
- إدارة المخزون والتأكد من توفر المنتجات الأساسية بشكل دائم
- تخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات الشراء (محلي ودولي)
- التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الأسعار والجودة
- تحليل المبيعات وتحديد المنتجات الأكثر طلبًا
- التنسيق مع التسويق لتحسين العرض داخل المعرض وزيادة المبيعات
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة معارض أو متاجر التجزئة
- خبرة في المشتريات والتعامل مع الموردين
- مهارات تفاوض وتحليل قوية
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة مهام
- إجادة استخدام الأنظمة (POS / Excel / أنظمة المخزون)
- يفضل وجود خبرة في نفس مجال المنتجات
