Store Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving, deliveries, stock coordination, and storage of surplus inventory and property.
• Document warehouse transactions and maintain precise records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, catering staff, executive chefs, and production chefs.
• Inspect incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.
• Process and distribute purchase-order documentation and track damages or discrepancies.
• Implement QHSE standards and procedures and perform inventories to company standards.

Requirements

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Access.
• Good English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking are preferred.
• At least five years of food and beverage or catering experience is preferred.
• A high school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Five years of store management experience is preferred.
