Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Storekeeper Assistant** to support daily warehouse and store operations.
The successful candidate will assist in receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory while ensuring accurate stock records and proper organization of materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Storekeeper in managing daily store activities.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements.
- Arrange and organize materials in designated storage locations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store area.
- Report any stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately.
- Follow company safety procedures and store policies.
Requirements
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or storekeeping role.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical work and lift materials when required.
