Role Overview
Lead store operations in a fast-paced retail environment as part of the Store Operations team.
Drive operational effectiveness and business growth as key point of contact for staff and customers.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and HSSE standards.
- Maintain optimal store cleanliness, merchandising displays, and accurate inventory levels.
- Manage point-of-sale activities including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Drive sales to achieve monthly targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff; assign tasks, manage schedules, and ensure performance standards are met.
- Prepare and present reports, escalate issues as required, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, handle complaints, improve Net Promoter Score, and participate in Mystery Shopper programs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, brands, and categories to advise customers and maximize sales.
Must Have Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role or comparable retail environment.
- Strong technical expertise in operational excellence: SOPs, HSSE, store cleanliness, inventory control, visual merchandising, POS operations, and cash management.
- Demonstrated business acumen with experience driving sales, meeting targets, and managing KPIs.
- Excellent people management skills, including team leadership, reporting, and issue escalation.
- Proven customer service experience and track record of achieving service excellence.
- Comprehensive product and category knowledge for effective customer guidance.
- Outstanding leadership, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
