Role overview

Warehouse operations and staff

• Supervise labourers, warehouse workers, and storekeeping staff; allocate daily duties and monitor performance and task completion.
• Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of building materials; arrange and identify materials for safe handling and easy access.
• Coordinate loading and unloading, and maintain warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, productivity, and work allocation; ensure company policies and warehouse procedures are followed.

Inventory and coordination

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory transactions in the ERP system; monitor stock, conduct checks, and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate material requirements and stock movements with Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare stock reports, delivery records, material issue notes, and other warehouse documents.
• Report stock shortages, damaged materials, operational issues, and manpower requirements to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store In-Charge, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role, including experience managing warehouse staff.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations; building materials trading experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage manpower and daily warehouse activities.
• Physical fitness for supervising warehouse operations and material handling.
• Malayalam or Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay

• AED 1,500–2,000 per month.

• Work is in person.
