Ensure all department associates adhere to company dress code standard (i.e. name tags, personal hygiene, etc.)

Present favorable impression in dress, personal hygiene and business attitude.

Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.

Other duties as assigned by management.

Managing the retail store location in order that it maximizes customer service, sales and profit while creating a positive relationship with the community and ensure fair treatment of all customers, associates, external and internal contacts; ensure that all departments achieves budget and department work plans. Must be a leader and a teacher, able to develop associates to their fullest potential, able to accomplish various goals through others; must be organized, self-confident, and committed to excellence.

Hiring Range: In accordance with MA Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. At Roche Bros., we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to education, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. The hiring range for this position is $81,900 - $110,600 annually.
