Store Delivery Project Manager - Fixed Term

We're looking for an experienced Store Delivery Project Manager to join our Property team on a 12-month parental leave contract and play a pivotal role in bringing our store pipeline to life across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys managing multiple projects across diverse markets. You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of new store openings, relocations, refurbishments, upgrades and selected closures, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to Lovisa's high standards.

As the Store Delivery Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from initial approval through to store handover. Partnering closely with Retail, Leasing, Design, IT, Logistics and Finance teams, you'll ensure seamless project execution across multiple countries.

You are a highly organised and commercially focused Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering retail or multi-site construction projects in a dynamic environment.

You'll bring:

Significant experience delivering retail fit-outs, store development, construction or multi-site projects

Strong project management expertise from planning through to handover

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, tenders and cost control

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of construction documentation, compliance and quality assurance

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail

Experience working across APAC markets

Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required
