Pay and Benefits

Store Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and support a positive environment for the in-house team.
• Provide training or help associates meet production goals, including product-finishing projects.
• Execute sales and register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and in-shop order fulfillment.
• Support store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• Help achieve compliance and loss prevention standards.

Experience and Attributes

• At least one year of retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-focused experience with increasing responsibility is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are expected.
• Reliability, scheduling flexibility, quality focus, attention to detail, and passion for chocolate are expected.

Physical Requirements

• The role may require standing or walking for long periods and remaining active during shifts.
• Employees must move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers, and handle changes such as restocking or reorganizing displays.
• The role may require bending, squatting, reaching, stretching, and cleaning store surfaces.
• The role requires the ability to lift 15 to 40 pounds.
