Store Assistant
About This Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will assist with stocking, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Receive and unpack deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist in inventory checks and report low stock levels
- Support the cashier when needed
- Follow store procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Location: In person
