Role overview
Join the store team at the Deerfields Mall branch in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports customer service, store upkeep, and smooth operation of arcade machines.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries and transactions.
- Operate and maintain arcade machines, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Monitor and replenish machine stock, including plush toys and prizes.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a fun customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience is required.
- Fluent English is required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
