Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and shipments.
- Manage material issuance and outward deliveries accurately.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory control.
- Organize and store materials systematically in the warehouse.
- Prepare delivery notes, material issue vouchers, and related documentation.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project teams regarding material requirements.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures.
- Update inventory transactions in SAP and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and material handling activities as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Store Assistant or Warehouse Assistant role.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Experience in handling inward and outward material movements.
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
