About This Role
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Stock Trader
with deep expertise in the UAE financial markets, including Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
The candidate will be responsible for executing trades, developing market-specific strategies, and maximizing returns while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute equity trades across UAE markets (DFM & ADX) with precision and speed
- Monitor UAE-listed stocks, sectors (banking, real estate, energy), and market liquidity
- Perform advanced
- technical and fundamental analysis
- specific to regional companies
- Develop short-term and long-term trading strategies aligned with UAE market trends
- Track macroeconomic indicators affecting UAE markets (oil prices, interest rates, government policies)
- Manage portfolio risk using stop-loss, hedging, and diversification strategies
- Stay updated with announcements from Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)
- Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations and trading laws
- Maintain relationships with brokers, institutions, and market participants
- Prepare daily/weekly trading reports and performance analytics
Required Qualifications & Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum
- 3–5 years of active trading experience in UAE markets
- Proven track record trading on DFM and ADX
- Strong knowledge of UAE-listed companies and sectors
- Familiarity with local brokerage platforms and trading systems
- Deep understanding of market liquidity, volatility, and regional investor behaviour
