Job Responsibility
- Assist the store team with pre-retail activities such as GRN, scanning, and tagging to ensure smooth stock processing
- .Maintain a well-organized stock room to support efficient sales operations
- .Ensure the stock room is clean, tidy, and meets both company and brand standards
- .Suggest and implement ideas to improve stock room productivity and storage capacity
- .Align stock room layout, folding, and sizing standards with the sales floor for easy replenishment
- .Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines to minimize risks and accidents
- .Support sales by replenishing and recovering stock from the stock room to the shop floor efficiently
- .Assist the sales team on the shop floor when required to help drive revenue
- .Monitor and control stock levels to reduce discrepancies during shipments, transfers, and inventory checks
- .Support loss prevention by preparing for inventory activities, monitoring stock room access, and ensuring proper CCTV visibility

Job Requirement
- s Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in stock room or store supervision role
- s.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage stock efficientl
- y.Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with sales and management team
