We are looking for a Stewarding Team Leader to join our Culinary team!

• Support our Executive Chef in the leadership of our Kitchen Brigade Washing of dishes along with general back of house cleaning and maintenance To ensure all cleaning schedules are maintained To ensure all chemicals are used and stored correctly Ensure ‘Daily Cleaning Checklists’ are completed for all back of house areas and related front of house components.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shift s including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays Unrestricted working rights in Australia High level of grooming and personal presentation High level of both written and verbal communication
