Supervises stewarding teams and back-of-house operations, supporting service for restaurant and banquet operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise utility stewards, dishwashers, and temporary staff handling utensils and serviceware.
- Maintain clean, organized back-of-house spaces and uphold sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory, equipment storage and distribution, and delivery of food and equipment for functions.
- Support scheduling, coaching, development, evaluations, and recognition of team members.
- Track breakage and loss, update operating manuals, and assist with monthly inventories.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams; maintain health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness compliance.
Minimum qualifications
- Middle School Diploma equivalent or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in a five-star category hotel.
- At least 2 years as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel.
- Knowledge of HACCP.
