The Steward maintains clean kitchen and dining serviceware and supports memorable guest experiences through hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Clean chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans; polish silver.
- Keep supplies and equipment stocked and organized.
- Mop, remove waste, and perform other kitchen-cleaning tasks.
- Prepare clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
- Handle hazardous substances safely and comply with hygiene and safety rules.
- Report hazards and maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor on duty.
- Train and mentor new team members.
