Overview
We are looking for a **reliable and hardworking Steward** to join our Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate will support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, ensuring proper sanitation of equipment and utensils, and assisting in creating a safe and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, pantry, and storage areas
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to hygiene standards
- Support kitchen and service teams during operations as needed
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen support is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
