This role ensures smooth kitchen operations while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, such as restaurant or central kitchen is an advantage; **freshers are also welcome** to apply.
- Ensure full compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by **washing, cleaning, and maintaining** stewarding equipment, utensils, and kitchen areas.
- Must have good physical stamina and the ability to handle **heavy lifting** when required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- **Team-oriented**, reliable, and able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends or extended hours when necessary.
