Kitchen Steward

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to HOSTMIND rules, health & safety policies, and sanitation guidelines.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Clean ovens, grills, refrigerators, and kitchen surfaces as per cleaning schedules.
• Operate dishwashing machines and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals in line with manager instructions and safety standards.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and waste promptly and correctly.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times.
• Assist cooks and servers as needed to support seamless kitchen operations.
• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Preferably previous experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Maintains high personal hygiene and grooming standards.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
