Steward / Cleaner

Overview

• Must have own valid visa
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations.
• Wash pots, pans, trays, and other kitchen items.
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas, storage rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces.
• Dispose of waste and garbage according to company procedures.
• Refill cleaning supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Support the kitchen and warehouse teams as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
