Steward - Ajax Downtown
Role Overview
The Steward is responsible for cleaning and storing all flatware, silver, glass, kitchen trays, pots, pans according to the direction of the restaurant management team.
The Steward also assists in food preparation as requested.
This position reports to the Executive Chef.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.00 per hour; actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Qualifications
- Education & Experience Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent preferred • Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred • ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Great Knowledge of company policies and procedures • Familiarity with company rules, regulations, and operational standards • Basic industry terminology • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Ability to do basic problem-solving • Ability to identify straightforward issues and propose simple solutions • Ability to follow oral or written directions in basic English • Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals • Ability to
