Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in steel fabrication, structural steel works, signage and exhibition booth fabrication.
Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, fabrication drawing interpretation, production planning, project coordination, quality control (QA/QC), welding and fabrication processes, team leadership, and problem-solving.
Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising steel fabrication operations, reviewing technical drawings, planning production, coordinating fabrication and installation activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
