Full Job Posting

  • Room Status Management: Constantly Check and update room status (E.G. Dirty, clean, inspected) in the computer system.
  • Dispatch & Coordination: Operate multi-line phones and two-way radios to dispatch housekeeping staff and assign rooms to Guest Room Attendants.
  • Guest Request handling: Receive, log, and follow up on guest requests (e.g. extra towels, cribs) to ensure completion.
  • Reporting & Logistics: Run housekeeping reports, prepare room assignment sheets, and handle lost and found items.
  • Communication: Liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and engineering departments.
